Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of many dance styles and focuses on technique, posture, strength, and grace. In this class, dancers will learn classical ballet positions, barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor movement. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, musicality, and expression through refined, flowing movement. Whether you're just starting or building on years of experience, ballet helps dancers develop discipline, flexibility and artistry in a supportive structured environment.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance blends the technique of ballet with the creativity and freedom of modern dance, allowing dancers to express emotion through movement while continuing to build strong technical foundations. In this class, dancers will develop strength, flexibility, balance, musicality, and artistry through floorwork, improvisation, across-the-floor progressions and expressive choreography. Emphasis is placed on movement quality, storytelling, fluid transitions, and connecting emotion with performance. Whether dancers are looking to expand their versatility, improve their technique, or simply explore a new style of dance, this class offers a supportive and inspiring environment where creativity and confidence can flourish. â€‹

Creative Movement

Designed especially for our younger dancers, this joyful class introduces basic movement and rhythm through imaginative play, music, and storytelling. Children will explore movement using props, songs, and simple dance steps that encourage coordination, balance, and listening skills. With a focus on fun, expression and social development, Creative Movement provides a supportive space for toddlers to move their bodies, build confidence, and fall in love with dance. â€‹

Descendants Jazz 

Calling all fans of Disney's Descendants! Step into the world of Auradon and the Isle of the Lost in this fun, high - energy jazz class inspired by your favorite characters and hit songs from the Descendants movies. Dancers will learn age-appropriate jazz technique while exploring exciting choreography, musicality, coordination, flexibility and performance skills. Each classes encourages confidence, creativity, and self - expression in a positive and engaging atmosphere. Whether your dancer dreams of dancing like Mal, Evie, Red, Chloe or the rest of the crew, this class is the perfect way to build dance skills, make new friends, and have an unforgettable time!

Disney Princess

Step into a world of magic, music, and movement! In our Disney Princess dance class, your little dancer will twirl, leap and sparkle just like their favorite princesses. Each class blends beginner-friendly dance steps with creative storytelling and songs who inspire them! â€‹

High School Technique

This class id designed for high school dance team, pom, and school dancers! This technique class focuses on building the strength, flexibility, and technical skills needed to excel during tryouts, practices, performances, and competition seasons. Dancers will work on turns, leaps, jumps, kicks, flexibility, balance, core strength and overall performance quality while developing proper technique and injury prevention habits. Class also incorporates across-the-floor progressions, conditioning, and combinations to improve confidence, precision, and execution. Whether you're preparing for school dance team tryouts, looking to maintain  your skills during the off-season, or wanting to take your dancing to the next level, this class provides positive and challenging environment to help every dancer reach their goals. â€‹

Hip Hop

Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! This high-energy hip hop class introduces young dancers to basic moves, rhythm and coordination in a fun, age-appropriate way. With up beat music and playful choreography, kids will build confidence, creativity, and a love for dance while learning to follow directions and express themselves. No experience needed-just sneakers, smiles, and lots of energy! â€‹

K Pop Demon Hunters

Love the energy, style, choreography of your favorite K-Pop artists? This high energy class introduces dancers to the exciting world of K-pop through fun choreography inspired by today's most popular groups and artists. Dancers will build confidence while improving rhythm, coordination, musicality, performance quality, and stage presence in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes feature age-appropriate choreography, upbeat music and a blend of jazz, hip hop, and commercial dance styles that make K-Pop so unique. Whether your dancer is brand new to K-pop or already a fan, this class is the perfect place to learn, grow and have fun while making new friends. â€‹

Little Movers

Perfect for toddlers with big energy and curious feet! Little movers is a fun-filled introductory dance class that helps young child develop coordination, rhythm and body awareness through music, games, and creative movement. With a playful approach and lots of encouragement, dancers explore basic steps, following directions and express themselves in a nurturing environment. This class is a wonderful way to build confidence, social skills and a love for movement- one wiggle at a time.​

Middle School Technique

This class is designed for middle school dancers who want to strength their technique, build confidence, and continue growing as performers. Dancers will focus on developing proper technique through turns, leaps, jumps, flexibility, balance, strength, and across-the-floor progressions. Each class also includes conditioning, musicality, and performance exercises to help dancers improve coordination, precision, and overall dance quality. Whether your dancer is preparing for a school dance team, interested in joining a competitive program or simply wants to become a stronger, more confident dancer, this class providers the perfect opportunity to build a solid technical foundation while having fun and making new friends. â€‹

Musical Theater

This engaging class integrates dance, acting, and storytelling to bring Broadway-style choreography to life. Dancers will explore routines inspired by well-known musicals while developing character work, expressive movement, and strong performance quality. Emphasis is placed on jazz based technique, stage presence, and ensemble work. Musical Theater provides an excellent foundation for aspiring performers to refine their artistry and confidence on stage in a supportive creative environment.

Poms & Jumps

Get ready to pump up the energy with this exciting poms & Jumps dance class! Combining sharp, synchronized pom routines with dynamic dance tricks like kicks, leaps, jumps, and floorwork. This class builds precision, power and performance skills. Dancers will learn fun and spirited choreography inspired by sideline, halftime, and competition-style pom while also working on flexibility, strength, and coordination. Perfect for dancers looking to boost their confidence, athleticism and team spirit!

Pre Ballet

This imaginative and nurturing class introduces young dancers to the basics of ballet through creative movement, music, and play. children will learn foundational ballet steps, develop coordination, balance, and rhythm and explore the joy of dance in a support environment. Using storytelling and age appropriate exercises this class encourages self express, listening skills and classroom etiquette all while having fun and building confidence. â€‹

​Pre Pointe Prep

Our Pre pointe prep class is designed to safety prepare dancers for the transition into pointe work through focused strength, alignment, and technique training. Dancers will build ankle and foot strength, improve core stability, and develop proper posture needed for pointe readiness. Exercises emphasize correct runout, balance and control to help prevent injury and promote long-term success. This class also reinforces ballet vocabulary and musicality while increasing confidence at the barre and center. Teacher evaluation and progress tracking ensure each dancers advances at an appropriate pace/ â€‹
