Musical Theater
This engaging class integrates dance, acting and storytelling to bring Broadway-style choreography to life. Dancers will explore routines inspired by well-known musicals while developing character work, expressive movement and strong performance quality. Emphasis is placed on jazz-based technique, stage presence and ensemble work. This class provides an excellent foundation for aspiring performers to refine their artistry and confidence on stage in a supportive, creative environment.
Disclaimer: All classes, including Little Movers, are closed to in-class viewing. We understand your little ones may be nervous, but we find most kids adjust by the end of the first class when parents are not present. The longer a parent stays in class, the longer it takes for the child to adjust, and the longer they are a distraction to other dancers. Please speak to our front office staff with any concerns regarding this policy.
