Dance is a universal language that connects us all, and our classes are specially designed to welcome you to this wonderful community. No matter what you are looking for, there are options for every skill level. Learn more about what we offer below.
Little Movers
Little Movers will learn to work with their friends while learning fun dance routines. Classes will include stories about dance and fun exercises to promote different genres of dance.
Little Movers are encouraged to attend classes without a parent. We understand sometimes this can be scary. We will work with the caregiver to help with this process.
Pre-ballet
Fundamental class introducing basic and beginning ballet terms and movements for ages 4-6 years old. Dancers will be introduced to the discipline of ballet and dance techniques. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. Great beginner program for your little to get started!
Pom Pons & Jumps
This is a fun filled, fast paced style that is focused on strength, flexibility, and stamina. Students will learn the proper pom pon vocabulary and foundational skills such as splits, kicks and a variety of jumps. Dancers will use strong and sharp arm movements with pom pons in a high energetic crowd pleasing routine!
Hip Hop & Tricks
This class is a favorite among many of our students. Everyone loves the opportunity to explore the new "funky" dance moves taught in class, while mastering basic and old school hip hop. We will also focus on the element of freestyling and expression of the personality. Tumbling will also be introduced in this class!
Creative Movement
Creative Movement Classes focus on the creativity in each young mind that walks through our doors. Great for acting exercises, building confidence, learning to dance while acting out different roles, and basic jazz/ballet fundamentals to get those little dancers ready for Pre-Ballet classes with us.
Beginner Yoga
Yoga is a popular form of exercise to help build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. We will focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
