This Contemporary Dance class introduces young dancers to expressive movement by blending elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Dancers will focus on musicality, coordination, flexibility, and emotional expression through age-appropriate technique and choreography.

Emphasis is placed on moving with intention, connecting movement to music, and building confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment. This recreational class is perfect for dancers who enjoy creativity and storytelling through dance. No prior experience required.

  • Age: 7-10

  • Class Frequency: Once (1x) Weekly

  • Class Days, Times & Location â€‹

    • Thursdays from 6:45-7:30pm with Coach Natalie

  • Price: Spring Recital Session - $125.00

  • Dates: â€‹

    • Spring Recital Session: March 2nd - June 5th 2026

      • ​​2 off weeks: March 30th - April 3rd 2026 and May 4th - May 8th 2026 ​

  • Spring Recital Information: 

    • Saturday, June 6th 2025 at Oak Creek Performing Arts & Education Center ​

    • Recital Costume Fee: $65.00 due on March 31st 2026

Disclaimer: All classes, including Little Movers, are closed to in-class viewing. We understand your little ones may be nervous, but we find most kids adjust by the end of the first class when parents are not present. The longer a parent stays in class, the longer it takes for the child to adjust, and the longer they are a distraction to other dancers. Please speak to our front office staff with any concerns regarding this policy.
