Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of many dance styles and focuses on technique, posture, strength, and grace. In this class, dancers will learn classical ballet positions, barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor movement. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, musicality, and expression through refined, flowing movement. Whether you're just starting or building on years of experience, ballet helps dancers develop discipline, flexibility and artistry in a supportive, structured environment.

Disclaimer: All classes, including Little Movers, are closed to in-class viewing. We understand your little ones may be nervous, but we find most kids adjust by the end of the first class when parents are not present. The longer a parent stays in class, the longer it takes for the child to adjust, and the longer they are a distraction to other dancers. Please speak to our front office staff with any concerns regarding this policy.
