Adult Barre & Yoga

Yoga is a popular form of exercise to help build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. We will focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. 

  • Age: 13 +years

  • Skills: flexibility, concentration, breathing techniques

  • Class Frequency: Classes are offered two times a week. Option to attend both. 

  • Class Days & Times  

    • Tuesdays at 7:05pm - 7:45pm​

    • Wednesdays at 7:05pm - 7:45pm 

  • Price: $40.00 per month. 

  • Don't forget to register for February's session.
