Beginner Yoga

Yoga is a popular form of exercise to help build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. We will focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. 

Includes Free Yoga Mat

  • Age: 13 +years

  • Skills: flexibility, concentration, breathing techniques

  • Class Frequency: Once (1x) Weekly

  • Class Days: Mondays  

  • Class Times:  7:20-8:00pm 

  • Price: $115.00 for 11 week session.  

  • Session runs March 6th through June 2nd 2023 

    • No Classes week of March 27th ​- March 31st and April 10th - April 14th 2023. 

  • INCLUDES TSHIRT AND END OF YEAR SHOW ON JUNE 5TH 2023 AT 6:00PM!
